Sri A.Tulsi Raj Gopal, learned counsel for the respondents also appears and states that he has no objection for the appellants not pressing the Appeal.

Accordingly, the Appeal Suit is dismissed as not pressed. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
