The prayer of the petitioner in this case reads as under: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in interfering into the possession of petitioner's House bearing No.51 situated at Nazeeb Nagar H/o Kasim Bowli Gram Panchayat Moinabad Mandal R R Dist as illegal arbitrary unilateral unjust contrary to the principles of natural Justice apart from violation of Art 300A of Constitution of India consequently to direct the respondent No 3 not to demolish the House bearing No.51 situated at Nazeeb Nagar H/o Kasim Bowli Gram Panchayat Moinabad Mandal R R Dist and pass such other relief or reliefs as this Honble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Sri K. Ramachandra Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned counsel for Kasim Bowli Gram Panchayat, Moinabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, the third respondent herein, would inform this Court that the petitioner has already been issued a notice on 26.02.2019 with regard to the proposed removal of the construction made by him and the petitioner submitted his explanation on 01.03.2019. Learned counsel would further state that after considering the said explanation, appropriate orders would be passed after the Gram Panchayat takes a decision in the matter.

In the light of the aforestated submission, it is clear that the petitioner's apprehension that the authorities would resort to interfere with his possession and demolish his construction is without basis. The Writ Petition is accordingly closed recording the stand taken by the third respondent, Gram Panchayat.

Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand closed. No order as to costs.
