HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28700 of 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 26.08.2015 issued by the 1st respondent and its consequential relieving orders dated 01.09.2015 of the 2nd respondent. The petitioner, who is working as a Trained Graduate Teacher (Hindi) and belonging to T.S.R.E.I. Society, was transferred from Lingampally, Medak District to Tandur, Ranga Reddy District. This Court did not grant any interim order, as a result of which, the order worked out itself.

Now, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that after this order, the petitioner again transferred to Nagar Kurnool and is working there.

In view of the subsequent development, this Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
