THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.6130 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/ accused Nos.1 to 4 in Crime No.814 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Kushaiguda Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 420, 406, 506 read with 34 IPC and 4 and 6 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana. 3.

At the time of hearing, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation, the investigation agency laid charge sheet before the concerned Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the present criminal petition has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
