Heard Sri K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri B.Mayur Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for RespondentCorporation and perused the material available before the Court. 2.
The sum and substance of the grievance of the petitioner as submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner is that despite the No Objection Certificate issued by the District Revenue Officer and Additional District Magistrate, Visakhapatnam-6th respondent vide proceedings (M) R.Dis.No.1312/2015/C6/ dated 20.11.2015 under 144(1) read with Rule 2 (xii) and (xiii) of the Petroleum Rules, 2002, no further action has been taken by the respondents in the direction of sanction of petroleum dealership to the petitioner herein.

On instructions, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel Sri B.Mayur Reddy that the copy of the above said No Objection Certificate issued by the 6th respondent is not available with the Respondents for taking further action in the matter.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation and in order to have a finality in the issue, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, keeping it open to the petitioner to file a representation afresh by enclosing a copy of the No Objection Certificate issued by the 6th respondent on 20.11.2015 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of this order and if any such application is made enclosing copy of the No Objection Certificate, the Respondents shall take further
action in the matter and pass appropriate orders, as per law, within a period of four weeks from the date of submission of the said representation. 5.
The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
