It is submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner that respondents herein have assured the petitioner that they would respond positively in the event of withdrawal of the case and as such, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with a liberty to approach this Court in the event of failure to adhere to the assurance.

Recording the said submission, Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court if the above aspects do not materialise.
