THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Arbitration Application No.18 of 2019 ORDER:- This application is filed under Section 11 (5) and (6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the applicant and respondent arising out of Memorandum of Understanding dt.31.07.2013 executed between the parties.

Clause (12) of the Memorandum of Understanding between the parties provides for resolution of disputes between the parties through arbitration.

On 01.12.2018, the applicant had issued a notice to the respondent invoking the said arbitration clause. 4.

Sri Aadesh Varma appearing for the respondent states that the respondent has no objection to appoint an Arbitrator. 5.

In the above facts and circumstances, Sri Y.V.Ramakrishna, former District Judge, H.No.10-2-286, Flat No.202, SMR Ram Residency, 5th Street, West Marredpally, Secunderabad - 500 026, is appointed as an Arbitrator to resolve the disputes between the parties arising out of the said Memorandum of Understanding. 6.
