When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader, on instructions, that, on the complaint received from the petitioner herein on 27.01.2018, police registered Cr.No.45/2018, for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 468, 403 r/w 34 IPC, on 07.02.2018 on the file of the Begumpet Police Station and taken up investigation.

In view of the above, nothing remains in the Writ Petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, Writ Petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
