When the mater is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner as well as learned Standing Counsel for respondent-APSRTC submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the Judgment rendered by the Apex Court in The Divisional Manager, APSRTC and Ors. Vs.P.Lakshmiji Rao and Ors1 and the same may be disposed of in terms of the decision supra (1). Considering the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the decision cited supra (1) directing respondentAPSRTC to consider the case of the petitioner for regularization on par with respondent No.3 and pass appropriate orders within four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ Petition shall stand closed.
