When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents informed the Court that pursuant to the order dated 27.07.2015 passed by this Court in O.A.No.3977 of 2014, the case of the petitioner was considered and rejected vide proceedings dated 04.01.2018.

In view of the above said submission, the Contempt Case is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the rejection orders dt.04.01.2018, if he so aggrieved. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
