No representation for the petitioners/A.4 to A.6. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer filed charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.146 of 2016 on the file of the XIII-Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
