This writ petition is filed alleging that though petitioner is no way concerned with the Crime No.94 of 2018 registered on 09.02.2018, Police are frequently calling him to the Police Station and the same is illegal. Along with the writ petition paper book, petitioner filed Remand Case Diary as Exhibit P2. Remand Case Diary refers to several persons as accused and does not include the name of petitioner. However, there is reference to the name of petitioner in the body of the Remand Case Diary with reference to obtaining of stamp papers.

The Station House Officer in his written instructions dated 07.03.2019 also stated that he is not calling the petitioner to the Police Station as alleged nor made him to wait till late night. 3.
As admittedly no crime is registered against the petitioner as on today, respondents cannot harass the petitioner nor call the petitioner to the Police Station.
