HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.6945 OF 2013 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the proceedings against them in C.C.No.145 of 2011 on the file of X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Malkajgiri, Ranga Reddy District. 2.

When the matter came up for hearing, this Court called for information as to the present stage of C.C.No.145 of 2011. Accordingly, the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad at Ranga Reddy District, in her letter in Dis.No.865/2018, dated 04.08.2018, submitted information to the effect that the said case was disposed of on 07.01.2014.

In that view, this criminal petition which was filed against C.C.No.145 of 2011 has become infructuous and it is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
