The case of the petitioner is that he is the owner of the land admeasuring Ac.3-18 cents in Sy.No.61/1, Ac.2-49 cents and Ac.0-79 cents in Sy.No.61/2 situated at Gundugallu Village, Gangavaram Mandal, Chittoor District having inherited the said property from his ancestors. While so, the petitioner filed an application dated 23.05.2016 in Form-6A for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds in his favour before the 3rd respondent. But no orders are passed by the 3rd respondent so far. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since the application filed by the petitioner on 23.05.2016 is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, it is for the 3rd respondent to dispose of the same.

In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 22-06-2016 dv
