Heard Ms. Hema Latha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner

and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies appearing for the respondents.

2. An order suspending the authorisation of the fair price shop of the petitioner dated 03-3-2015 has been passed by the 3rd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer, Atmakur, Anantapur district. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that the variations which have been shown are within the permissible limits and therefore, the impugned order is required to be suspended in the present writ petition.

3. The learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies submits that the order impugned is passed pending enquiry and therefore, it needs no interference in the present writ petition. However, there is an appeal preferred by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector, Anantapur, which is now pending.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on either side, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent-RDO to conduct an enquiry against the petitioner and pass final orders within a period of 8 (eight) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order notwithstanding the pendency of the appeal before the 2nd respondent-Joint Collector. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs. ___________________ R.KANTHA RAO, J.
