When the matter is taken up for hearing, written instructions dated.15-03-2018 furnished by the Station House Officer, Cherial PS, Siddipet District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home and in the said instructions it is stated that after obtaining permission from the Sub-Divisional Police Officer, Jangaon, a final report, dated 31-10-2014, referring the case as "Civil Nature" was filed before the Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Jangaon, after issuing the notice to the complainant. In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Accordingly the writ petition is closed. No costs.
