HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3256 OF 2016 ORDER:

The present Civil Revision Petition is filed, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, by the petitioners - respondents, challenging the order, dated 24.11.2015, passed in I.A. No.27 of 2015 in I.P. No.15 of 2011, by the Senior Civil Judge, Amalapuram, whereby the petition filed under Section 45 of the Evidence Act and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, seeking to send the alleged pronote, dated 10.06.2009 along with admitted signature of respondent No.1 therein to an Expert for examination and comparison of the signature with admitted signatures and to give a report, was dismissed.

2. As per the material placed before this Court, during pendency of the present revision, the Insolvency Petition No.15 of 2011, itself was dismissed on 23.07.2018. Therefore, nothing remains to be adjudicated by this Court in the present revision.

3. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the present revision, stand closed.
