HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13168 OF 2004 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation submits that the petitioners have filed this Writ Petition seeking regularization of their services and this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 29.07.2004, directing the respondents to continue the services of the petitioners in the same capacity, if their juniors are being continued and contends that the Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the petitioners to submit a representation within two weeks and the respondents would consider and pass appropriate orders. 2.

Having considered the submission of learned Standing Counsel, this Court is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of, directing the petitioners to make a representation within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already done, and upon such representation being received, the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. 3.

With this observation, Writ Petition is disposed of. 4.
