THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.4148 of 2015 ORDER:

Learned counsel for the petitioner/Accused No.2 is present. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that C.C.No.2 of 2015, the proceedings of which are sought to be quashed, is now registered as PRC.No.23 of 2016 on the file of Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Excise Cases, Hyderabad.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that in view of filing alteration memo by the Investigating Agency requesting to include Section 370-A of IPC, the aforesaid PRC number is assigned. In view of the aforesaid submissions made by both sides, the present petition becomes infructuous and the same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
