When the matter is taken up, Sri A.Abhishek Reddy, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 4, submits that as per the new regulations, the petitioners have to obtain "No Objection Certificate" (N.O.C.) from the State Government and if the same is submitted to respondent Nos.2 and 4, the application of the petitioners would be processed according to law. 2.

The same is recorded and the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is made clear that if any such N.O.C. is submitted before respondent Nos.2 & 4, the application of the petitioners be processed as per law as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
