THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL REVISION CASE No.904 of 2011 ORDER:

This revision is filed by the petitioner under Section 397 read with 401 Cr.P.C. aggrieved by the orders dated 14.03.2011 in M.C.No.437 of 2008 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar, Hyderabad.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the very purpose of filing of the criminal revision petition has become infructuous as the matter has been settled before the Lok Adalath.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, pending if any in this revision, shall stand closed.
