When these matters are taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the petitioners submitted that the issue raised in the present Writ Petitions is squarely covered by the common order, dated 30.03.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25216 of 2016 and batch and following the aforesaid common order, the present Writ Petitions are also liable to be dismissed. 2.

In view of the said submissions, this Court is of the considered view that the present Writ Petitions also deserve to be dismissed following the aforesaid common order, dated 30.03.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25216 of 2016 and batch.

Accordingly, the Writ Petitions are dismissed following the aforesaid common order, dated 30.03.2021, passed by this Court in W.P.No.25216 of 2016 and batch. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in these Writ Petitions shall stand closed.
