HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.31925 of 2017 ORDER ::

The only grievance of the petitioner made in this writ petition is that he made a representation dated 18‐06‐2016 to the 2nd respondent to reinstate him into service in the light of the orders passed by this Court in writ petition filed by him being WP No.22094 of 2004 and the proceedings of the 3rd respondent, which set aside the orders of termination passed by the Depot Manger, Warangal‐ II Depot, but the 2nd respondent is not sensitized and passed any orders thereon till today. Hence, this writ petition.

2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent‐Corporation.

3.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is only as to non‐consideration of the representation dated 18‐06‐2016, suffice it to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this case shall also stand disposed of.
