HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.15903 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner to declare the action of the respondents 3 to 5 in seeking to apprehend the petitioners on the basis of the report given by the 6th respondent before the II Town PS, Karimnagar, as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. seeking

2. In view of pending investigation by the 5th respondent pursuant to the complaint lodged by the 6th respondent, this court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation. Therefore, the 5th respondent is directed to follow due process of law in conducting the investigation, including compliance of Section 41-A of Cr.P.C.

3. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
