THE HONOURAB LE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI AND RTHII( THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE PULLA Writ Petition No.3297O of 2Ol4 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Si Justice Abhinand Kumar Shavtli) When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the present Writ Petition is filed by the petitioners aggrieved by the interlocutory order dated 15.O7.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, at Hyderabad (for short, 'the Tribunal') in O.A.No.42 15 of 2014.

Since the present Writ Petition is filed against the interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal in the above O.A., and the main O.A. was still pending before the Tribunal at that point of time, and now the said Tribunal has also been abolished, the O.A., if it is pending, be transferred to the High Court in the form of a transfer Writ Petition. 3.

In view of above, this Court is not inclined to interfere w'ith the interlocutory order passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.42l5 of 2014, dated 15.O7.2014.

However, the petitioners are at liberty to pursue their remedies in the main case itself.

With these observations, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
