ORDER

Challenging the action of the respondents in not granting permission for conducting the programme i.e., "Gadapa Gadapaku YSR CP" by arranging mike-set in Yanakandla Village, Banaganapalli Mandal, Kurnool District, between 2.00 p.m to 9.30 p.m on 22.1.2017, the petitioner filed this writ petition. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned Government Pleader for Home produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 20.01.2017 issued by the Sub Divisional Police Officer, Dhone, rejecting the said request of the petitioner. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. However, it is left open to the petitioner to avail appropriate legal remedies in accordance with law.
