THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.11161 OF 2004 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents instead of regularizing the services of the petitioner, the second respondent has passed an impugned order of disengagement of all Casual Conductors by its proceedings No.E1/255 (34)/2004-RM 'C', dated 22.06.1984 is wholly illegal, arbitrary, unjust and contrary to law and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the second respondent to regularize the services of the petitioner as Conductor Grade-II with continuity of service and with full back wages and with all other attendant benefits. No representation is made on behalf of the petitioner on 29.03.2016. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
