This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners, who are accused in the Court below, seeking for quash of proceedings in Crime No.25 of 2011 on the file of the Visakhapatnam I Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam City.

Learned counsel for the petitioners reports that the matter was adjourned on the last occasion for getting instructions from his clients. Learned counsel now submits that he has sent a letter to the petitioners by registered post and received acknowledgment but there is no communication from his clients.
