Heard the petitioner/party-in-person and Sri Adhi Venkateswara Rao, learned Standing Counsel for Kakatiya University. 2.

Petitioner has filed this Contempt Case alleging willful disobedience of the order dt.28-01-2016 in W.P.No.5748 of 2015. 3.

In that Writ Petition, this Court directed the respondent to promote the petitioner to the 5th semester L.L.B., course and permit him to appear for 5th semester examinations as and when they are held.

It is not disputed by the petitioner that he was allowed to appear for 5th semester examination which was held on 02-12-2016. Therefore, it cannot be said that there is willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court by the respondent. 5.

Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
