Aggrieved by the order of removal from service as Computer Operator by the District Rural Development Officer, dated 06.07.2018, petitioner preferred an appeal on 16.08.2018 acknowledged by the Member Secretary. Alleging that the said appeal is not yet disposed of causing hardship to the petitioner, this Writ Petition is filed.

A copy of the appeal is placed on record as Ex.P.2 with its acknowledgement of receipt of appeal. That being so, without expressing any opinion on merits, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Appellate Authority i.e. the second respondent herein to consider the appeal and pass orders, assigning due reasons supported by its decision, expeditiously, preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
