This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. for quashing the proceedings in C.C.No.25 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate, Chevella in respect of the petitioner/accused No.3. 2.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

The learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3 would submit that the above C.C. was split up against this petitioner and accused No.1. At this stage, having argued for some time, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Petition. 4.

As seen from the material on record, the petitioner/A.3 has to agitate all his grievances, which are argued before this Court, in the Court below which issued NBW against him.

However, in view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.3, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition, shall also stand dismissed.
