This Contempt Case is filed alleging that the orders of this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.30130 of 2018, dated 27.08.2018 are not complied.

By the said order, this Court directed disposal of the representation of the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader placed before this Court the orders of the Government issued on 20.04.2019, wherein permission was accorded to pay minimum time scale to the petitioner, subject to his repatriation to the parent department and to discharge the functions is ordered.

Thus, the respondent has already decided to extend the time scale and the relief granted to the petitioner is more than the relief sought in the interim application of the Writ Petition. 6.

In view of the above, the contempt case is closed. No costs. 7.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand closed.
