The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ or order, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the 2nd respondent in filing the charge sheet in C.C.No.794 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggaiahpet in relation to F.I.R.No.114 of 2016 without conducting proper investigation and without there being any prima facie case made out against the petitioners herein as illegal and arbitrary and consequently set aside the same.

This petition is not maintainable before this Court. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
