The instant Contempt Case is filed complaining disobedience of interim order dated 27-09-2016 in W.P.No.29415 of 2016. At request of Sri Chatla Madhu, the Contempt Case has been adjourned from 28-02-2017 to today.

The counsel for petitioner places on record the Communication dated 18-02-2017, whereunder the respondent has granted permission to petitioner.

The counsel for petitioner submits that the disobedience complained is complied with but with some delay. Therefore, he does not press the Contempt Case.

The Contempt Case is closed accordingly.
