Neither the learned Counsel for the petitioners is present nor is there any representation on his behalf. Even, on the earlier occasion, there was no representation for the petitioners. It appears that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the case.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
