THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM COMPANY PETITION No. 190 of 2016 O R D E R:

This Company Petition has been filed essentially seeking winding up of the respondent company for its inability to clear the debts due to the petitioner.

From the docket sheet, it is evident that this Petition is yet to be admitted and that not even a notice has been sent to the respondent company as of now.

Today, when this matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner Sri T. Vinod Kumar seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Petition preserving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Court in future, if situation demands.

In this view of the matter, preserving the said liberty, the Company Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the Miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
