HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.34698 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not taking any action on the representations dated 16.09.2016 and 03.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleaders for respondents.

It is the case of the petitioner that the respondents 4 and 5 are making illegal constructions by encroaching some extent of property without obtaining any valid permission or approval from the 3rd respondent with a criminal intention to take away the properties of others. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that bringing all these aspects to the notice of the respondents 1 to 3, petitioner submitted representations dated 16.09.2016 and 03.10.2016, but the respondents 1 to 3 failed to take any action so far.

Inasmuch as the grievance of the petitioner is for consideration and disposal of his representations dated 16.09.2016 and 03.10.2016, the writ petition can be disposed of without expressing any opinion directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representations dated 16.09.2016 and 03.10.2016, submitted by the petitioner and take action in accordance with law, if there are any violations committed by the respondents 4 and 5, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above observations, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
