ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the inaction of the 4th respondent in proceeding with the investigation and taking necessary steps against the 5th respondent and others despite registering Cr.No.45 of 2015 dated 20.3.2015, as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, submits that investigation was completed and permission of the Assistant Commissioner of Police was obtained for referring the case as "civil in nature". He further submits that notice was issued to the petitioner on 29.2.2016 and final report was filed referring the case as "civil in nature" before the VI Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal, on the same day. In view of the aforesaid submissions, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
