THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3691 OF 2016 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, seeking a direction to the IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati, for early disposal of O.S.No.58 of 2005. The respondents herein who are the plaintiffs filed O.S.No.58 of 2015 declaring the plaintiffs' title over the plaint schedule property and consequently direct the defendants to deliver possession of the same. DW.1 filed his chief affidavit in the month of March, 2015, but till date the plaintiffs are not proceeding with the cross examination and the suit underwent number of adjournments without any progress. Hence, the defendants filed the present C.R.P. seeking a direction for early disposal of the suit.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and as the suit is of the year 2005, the trial Court is directed to dispose of O.S.No.58 of 2005 as early as possible, preferably within a period of three to six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
