THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.3973 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard the counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and Sri M.S.R. Chandra Murthy, learned counsel for respondent No.3. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that having placed him under suspension through the impugned proceedings dt.28-12-2017, to which the petitioner even submitted explanation on 12-01-2018, the petitioner is being continued under suspension without any enquiry being conducted by the 3rd respondent.

Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murty, learned counsel for 3rd respondent, states, on instructions, that 3rd respondent will complete the enquiry into the allegations leveled against the petitioner within three months in compliance with the principles of natural justice. 4.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 3rd respondent to complete the enquiry into the allegations leveled against the petitioner within three months in compliance with the principles of natural justice. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
