THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAGHVENDRA SINGH CHAUHAN AND THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T.AMARNATH GOUD I.A.NOs.1, 2, 3 AND 4 OF 2019 AND WRIT APPEAL NO.169 OF 2019 COMMON JUDGMENT: {Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice T.Amarnath Goud} The order, dated 06.12.2018, passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P.No.44096 of 2018, is well considered and there is no necessity for interference, as the interests of the concerned parties are being protected by granting them liberty and right to file their objections, if any.

In view of the observations made by the learned Single Judge, no interference shall be made by granting leave in I.A.No.1 of 2019.

Hence, I.A.No.1 of 2019 is dismissed and as a sequel, I.A.Nos.2, 3 and 4 of 2019 and W.A.No.169 of 2019 are also dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
