Sytana Veerabhadra Rao, v. The Government Of Andhra Pradesh,
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2832 of 2012 Date:01.07.2015 Between:
Sytana Veerabhadra Rao, S/o Rama Rao and 22 others.
..... Petitioners And:
The Govt of A.P., reptd by its Principal Secretary, Hyderabad and seven others.
.....Respondents Counsel for the Petitioners: Sri Y.Seshagiri Rao for Sri V.Saikuamr Counsel for Respondent Nos.1 to 4: AGP for Co-Operation (AP) Counsel for Respondent No.6: Sri Ch.Siva Reddy The Court made the following:
ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:
"...to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Certiorari calling for the records, set aside the order, dated 30.10.2009 in OP.No.73 of 2007 by respondent No.1-Tribunal and remand the same to respondent No.1-Tribunal for fresh disposal."
On 24.06.2015, the case was adjourned at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioners. Even
today, a similar request for adjournment has been made. Considering the fact that the Writ Petition is of the year 2012 and the same is still at the admission stage, I do not feel inclined to adjourn the case.
As the learned counsel for the petitioners failed to argue the case, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 08.02.2012, is vacated and WPMP.No.3551 of 2012 is dismissed as infructuous.
