THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL Criminal Petition No.8658 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioners - Respondent No.2 to 9 approached this Court with a prayer to quash the proceedings in D.V.C.No.3 of 2016 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate at Karimnagar, Karimnagar District. Heard the arguments and perused the material available on record.

The 2nd and 3rd Respondents herein filed the present complaint against the petitioners herein and another seeking certain reliefs under the provisions of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act. Hence, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the further proceedings against petitioner Nos.1 to 4 and 7 and 8/respondent No.2 to 5 and 8 and 9.

As the petition filed by the petitioners 5 and 6 herein vide Crl.P.No.8640 of 2016 was already disposed of, the present criminal petition against them is dismissed.

In any event considering the nature of allegations wherein the question of identity of petitioner Nos 1 to 4 and 7 and 8/respondent Nos. 2to 5 and 8 and 9 does not arise, their presence before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates of framing of charges, examination under Section 313 Cr.P.C. and pronouncement of the judgment. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
