THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITIION No.3930 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana). It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of his grievance, petitioner submitted a representation, dated 12.01.2018, to the Commissioner of Police, Hyderabad City-second respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the said representation, if any, is pending consideration before the second respondent, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken in accordance with law.

Recording the above said submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 12.01.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
