THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO W.P.No.28114 of 2014 O R D E R:

The petitioner herein sought for a direction to the respondents to allow him to continue as Assistant Engineer (Operations), Bogole, Nellore District, in pursuance of the order of transfer issued through Memorandum dated 04-08-2014 by the 1st respondent Corporation.

This writ petition is instituted on a mere apprehension that the petitioner is likely to be shifted from out of Bogole at the instance of the 2nd respondent, whereas the learned Standing Counsel for the Corporation submits that the petitioner is being continued at Bogole and hence, there is no cause of action for him. The 1st respondent, when once passed an order of transfer and in pursuance of which the petitioner has joined at Bogole, should allow him to continue there.

With this, the writ petition stands disposed of at the admission stage, but however, without costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, stand disposed of.
