The Management Of M/S.Asrani Tubes Ltd. v. The Presiding Officer
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION NO.11963 OF 2002 ORDER:
The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order dated 3.12.2001 passed by the Industrial Tribunal in M.P.No.4 of 2000, in favour of the 2nd respondent-workman. When this matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the writ petition against the 2nd respondent is dismissed for default as per the order dated 18.8.2010. Thereafter, the petitioner has not taken any steps to get the writ petition restored against the 2nd respondent. In the absence of the 2nd respondent-workman cannot be adjudicated on merits.
Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
