HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO CRL.P.M.P.No.3883 of 2015 AND CRIMINAL PETITION No.2151 of 2015 ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioner/accused under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.195 of 2014 of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 506 and 290 IPC and Section 3(1)(x) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities), Act, 1989 (for short, 'the Act').

2. Pending the criminal petition, Crl.M.P.No.3883 of 2015 is filed by the de facto complainant-2nd respondent with joint memo seeking permission to compound the criminal case stating that the matter is amicably settled between the parties out side the Court.

3. The de facto complainant-2nd respondent herein and petitioner/accused representing through advocates are present.

4. Most of the offences are compoundable even with the permission of the Court but for the offences under Section 3(1)(x) of the Act. Having heard the parties, permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace. Accordingly, the offences are compounded in terms of

their compromise at the instance of the de facto complainant since present with the accused.

5. Accordingly, Crl.P.M.P.No.3883 of 2015 is allowed. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to Crime No.195 of 2014 of Jangaon Police Station, Warangal District,, are quashed against the petitioners. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

6. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
