HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.18383 of 2013 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in not considering the option of the petitioners 2 to 4 for being included in SWIII window for counselling and allotment of students for the academic year 2013-14 in terms of the options submitted on 24.05.2013.

This Court on 28.06.2013, while admitting the writ petition, granted interim direction in W.P.M.P.No.22446 of 2013, to the respondents to consider the option dated 24.05.2013 of the petitioners 2 to 4. In view of the relief sought in the main writ petition was granted by way of an interim order dated 28.06.2013, nothing survives in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
