Udaya Sri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners, Sri P.Gangaiah Naidu, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent Nos.1 and 2, and Sri Chitturu Srinivas, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.3, would submit that in so far as the petitioners in the contempt case are concerned, the order, violation of which is alleged, has been complied with. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
