THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.27296 of 2003 ORDER :

This writ petition is instituted contending that aggrieved by the order dated 12.11.2003, the petitioner filed appeal before the Joint Collector, Ranga Reddy District, and the said appeal was pending and pending appeal before the Joint Collector, the petitioner should not be dispossessed from the land to an extent of Ac.1.23 guntas out of Ac.3.05 guntas in Survey No.l196 of Dommarapochampally Village, Qutubullapur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions states that the appeal filed before the Joint Collector was disposed of by order dated 16.03.2006.

3. In view of the disposal of the appeal, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and hence liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

5. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed.
